Uniquely combining the taste of fresh forest and aromatic smoke, Lappi´s Forest Smoke is cold-smoked from Lappi´s Gravlax made from fresh rainbow trout fillet. 155 g of rainbow trout fillet has been used for 100 g of product.

Ingredients: Farmed RAINBOW TROUT (Oncorhynchus mykiss) The origin of the fish (FI Finland, SE Sweden, NO Norway) is indicated in connection with the batch number, sea salt, juniper berries, rosé pepper.
Storage: 0 -+ 3 ºC. Stored (T) as fresh (P) frozen (do not refreeze) is indicated with the batch number.
